Who we are

What we collect
When you fill in the contact form we receive your name, email address and message, and if you choose to share them, your company, phone number and the topic you are interested in.
We don’t use cookies, ad tracking or analytics on this site. A small flag with no personal data is written to your browser’s session storage so the intro animation isn’t shown again in the same visit. The server hosting the site may keep standard access logs, such as IP addresses, for security and operation.
Why we use it
We use form data only to answer your enquiry, get in touch with you and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your consent and the steps taken before entering into a contract. We don’t sell your data or add it to marketing lists.
Retention and sharing
We keep your data while your enquiry and any resulting business relationship are ongoing, then delete it. We don’t share it with third parties other than the email and hosting providers we use, whose servers may be located in other countries.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and object to its processing. This includes rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK). Write to the email address below and we will respond within 30 days.
